Gift in your will

It's very important to protect the future of our family and friends and leave a legacy. When you're preparing your will, please consider leaving a gift to MedicAlert.

You can help ensure that many more people enjoy the benefits of the  MedicAlert service and help save lives.

Why is it so important to make a will?

Many people think that if they pass away without making a will their estate automatically goes to their partner or next of kin when they die. However, if you pass away without making a will it is possible that your entire estate could go to the Crown.

Making a will is the only way for you to plan how to take care of family, friends and support your favorite charity or charities after your death.

What next?

If you don't have a will, or if you wish to update your current will, you should consult your solicitor. If you wish to include a gift to The MedicAlert Foundation, please inform your solicitor of our Registered Charity Number: 233705 and our address:

The MedicAlert Foundation
327-329 Upper Fourth St
Witan Court
Milton Keynes
MK9 1EH

If you do plan to leave a gift in your will to MedicAlert, it would help us so much if you could let us know of your intentions by emailing us or writing to the above address - please include your name and address details in the email. Your wishes of course will remain strictly confidential and this pledge will not be binding to you in anyway.

If you don't have a solicitor, you can and use the online locator by visiting the Law Society http://www.solicitors-online.com/.

Thank you for thinking about MedicAlert.
