The MedicAlert Foundation is a non-profit making, registered charity providing a life-saving identification system for individuals with hidden medical conditions and allergies.

We will advertise all live vacancies on this webpage, however we are always looking to expand our Medical Service Advisor capability, therefore if you are a registered nurse with demonstrable customer service talent and excellent IT skills then we would be interested in hearing from you. We require dedicated, self-motivated, enthusiastic professionals to join our team providing a complete support service to our members. In return we are able to offer a competitive salary and benefits package including 25 days holiday per year, paid sick leave, company pension scheme and 35-hour working week.
